Eco-citizen action

Faced with today's environmental challenges, the town of Obernai has been taking concrete action on a daily basis for many years. These include regular street clean-ups.

Whether as part of the traditional "Spring clean-up" or during "Plogging" outings, the town of Obernai has always organized clean-up campaigns in the past, with the participation of elected officials, associations and numerous volunteer residents. We are fortunate to live in a beautiful town, with magnificent flowers and public spaces that are very well maintained by the green spaces and cleanliness department of the Pôle Logistique et Technique. Nevertheless, some unscrupulous people are soiling public spaces by throwing away cigarette butts and litter of all kinds. The town is therefore offering its fellow citizens the chance to take part in eco-citizen litter-picking actions.
The next action will take place on Saturday November 16, from 9.30am to 11.30am. We're inviting everyone to take part in a morning of litter-picking in the city, by sector.
